Symptoms: If (as it would be the case for most users) your Windows driver (c:\) has NTFS, linux might have problem reading the folders and you will get an error similar to "file not found". If that is the case and you are sure you have setup everything correctly, simply do this, Solution: Create "boot" and "casper" folders manually in C drive and then copy contents within them.
